Ohio Polygraph Services, LLC conducts polygraph examinations for law enforcement/government agencies, fire departments, prosecutors, defense attorneys, psychiatric practices (sexual addiction), and private individuals.

WE DO RELATIONSHIP TESTING.

WE ALSO OFFER THE OPTION TO USE AFTERPAY, A THIRD-PARTY COMPANY WHICH ALLOWS YOU TO BUY NOW AND PAY LATER.

Do you need a polygraph (lie detector) test to find out if your significant other is being truthful? We polygraph for that. The fee for this type of service is as follows:

DEBIT/CREDIT CARD

Weekdays (8 AM - 4 PM): $500

Weekday Evenings (After 4 PM): $600

Weekends: $750

Deposit and Cancellation Policy - DEBIT/CREDIT CARD:

Half of the fee is collected up front as a deposit.
DEPOSITS ARE REFUNDABLE UP TO 24 HOURS BEFORE THE TEST for cancellations. Likewise, you must provide 24-hours of notice for rescheduling for your deposit to be applied to the rescheduled date.

AFTERPAY

Weekdays (8 AM - 4 PM): $530

Weekday Evenings (After 4 PM): $630

Weekends: $780

Deposit and Cancellation Policy - AFTERPAY:

Half of the fee is collected up front as a deposit.
With exception of the transaction fee ($30) DEPOSITS ARE REFUNDABLE UP TO 24 HOURS BEFORE THE TEST for cancellations. Likewise, you must provide 24-hours of notice for rescheduling for your deposit to be applied to the rescheduled test.
Fees for customers using AfterPay will be collected up front.
